We do NOT offer refunds 

There always comes a time when we order something and it doesn’t fit right! So here at Chynna Doll we offer exchanges but not refunds meaning we will resend your item in a new size once the original one has been sent back. Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached. If there is any marks/smells (perfume)/any sign of it been worn we will not accept this or exchange it. 

Exchanges must be sent back within 5 working days. 

For a return address please email [email protected] with your reason to return. Allow 24 hours for your request to be accepted.
